All newsOasis Marinas has officially begun operations at the former Spitzer Lakeside Marina in Lorain, Ohio. This is the company’s 25th marina under management and 1st in the Great Lakes. As part of the lease with the Lorain Port Authority, Oasis Marinas will oversee the day-to-day slip and marina management activities, boat services, facilities and grounds maintenance, marketing activities, new development and more.
“Astronauts can see Lake Erie from space and the Great Lakes is one of the largest boating markets in the US, so it’s been a market we’ve wanted to serve since the start of Oasis Marinas. After dozens of flights and logging many miles over the past few years knocking on doors, making calls, and thousands of emails around the great lakes we are excited that Port Lorain, Ohio will be our first home on the 11,000 miles of Great Lakes shoreline.
