Oasis Marinas was founded by a group of boaters with executive expertise in hospitality and technology who are dedicated to creating a high-quality experience. The Oasis team understands the challenges that marina owners, slipholders, dockmasters, boaters, and campers face every day.
The Oasis Marinas portfolio is closing on nearly 40 amazing properties, 6,500 wet & dry slips under management, and hundreds of RV pads, spanning from the Northeast, the Chesapeake Bay and Potomac, down to the coast of Florida.
With the expansion of Big Water Marina amenities, boat rentals, additional slips, and live events, we are looking forward to applying our proven growth strategies and processes to create an even richer boating and camping experience for the current and future community. After owners Trey and Bryan Boggs reviewed what Kimley-Horn had factored into future expansion plans for the property, they reached out to Oasis to ensure these plans come to fruition. It is Oasis’ goal to not only execute on these plans but to exceed the original vision.
At Oasis, we believe that marinas and campgrounds provide the ultimate relaxing getaway for boaters and campers. We believe that every experience at Big Water should be awesome. Big Water Marina is a self-service facility that provides an unspoiled oasis for all types of lake lovers. Located on the largest expanse of open water on Lake Hartwell, the marina is one of the most accessible spots for visitors to fully embrace the atmosphere of the lake — on and off the water.
