Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update (August 10, 2021)

As concerns continue to rise over the Coronavirus (COVID-19), Oasis Marinas has implemented a business continuity plan (BCP) to assist in protecting the safety of our staff and one that enables us to continue to provide marina customers with high-quality service and support throughout this evolving public health matter.

Guidance on workplace prevention and safety. We have issued guidelines to our staff aligned with recommendations from public health authorities and will continue with a cadence of reminders on prevention and workplace safety. These guidelines include increased focus on good personal hygiene, procedures for cleaning and disinfecting workspaces, and increased social distancing as necessary. Our facilities are also equipped with personal hygiene safety signage, as well as hand sanitizers, disinfectant wipes and tissues that are easily accessible to all staff and visitors.

Leadership governance. Oasis Marinas has a team of leaders from each technical and operational domain that are assigned with updating and executing our Business Continuity Plan as new COVID-19 information warrants. We have established a chain-of command and backups for leaders and critical roles within our staff, as well as a central repository of information and decisions related to our plan that are easily accessible and allow for real time communication with our team.

Systems infrastructure. We have prepared our IT infrastructure to support ongoing operations and transactions as usual, as well as for the increase in remote work at the corporate level and digital communication with customers. We will continue to test our systems to ensure continued capability to support our business operations.

Critical vendors. Oasis is working to confirm with our third-party vendors and other organizations that we depend on to ensure they have also enacted plans to address and support the current environment.

We are actively monitoring COVID-19 alerts and guidance from public health authorities, including the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) as they emerge. We are prepared to adjust our COVID-19 business continuity plan to protect the safety of our staff and continue our normal business operations and minimize disruption. We will keep you informed of any changes or additional plans as they occur.

If you have any questions or concerns about our COVID-19 Business Continuity Plan, please feel free to contact info@oasismarinas.com
